the exclusive amenities fulfilled our every need. the staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt like royalty. We particularly enjoyed the private facilities provided. the location was perfect, surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants.

The breakfast choices were limited. the pre-packaged and processed products did not meet our expectations of a five-star hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the cozy atmosphere and festive decorations throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly and cute, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the shopping and holiday markets. Plus, the rooftop terrace offered fine views of the city at night, especially with all the twinkling lights.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. the breakfast options were quite limited, especially for someone with dietary restrictions like myself.

The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The hotel facilities were amazing and the cleanliness was excellent! The staff were so friendly and helpful all the time. I enjoyed having breakfast every morning with such a variety of food to choose from, it was great!

Not obvious to find.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the metro and located on a busy pedestrian street. It's close to all the major attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafes. The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious with a good selection of options. The rooftop bar offers stunning views of the city.

The soundproofing between rooms could be improved.

Centrally located hotel, close to restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. Sanitation and safety measures are strictly implemented. Friendly and informative staff. Big and comfortable room for the price. Great view from the rooftop terrace during the evening.

The staff at Pinnacle were helpful and cute. They took the time to explain the local area and even let us print off important documents. The complimentary welcome wine and fruit in our suite was a nice touch. We were actually surprised to be upgraded to a penthouse suite with extra floor space. The breakfast offered a wide range of options, including traditional Greek dishes like yoghurt and honey. The location was perfect for exploring on foot, with major attractions like the Acropolis just a short walk away.
