the exclusive amenities fulfilled our every need. the staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt like royalty. We particularly enjoyed the private facilities provided. the location was perfect, surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants.
The breakfast choices were limited. the pre-packaged and processed products did not meet our expectations of a five-star hotel.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the shopping and holiday markets. There were a few aspects that could have been better. the breakfast options were quite limited, especially for someone with dietary restrictions like myself.

The staff at Pinnacle were helpful and cute. They took the time to explain the local area and even let us print off important documents. The complimentary welcome wine and fruit in our suite was a nice touch. We were actually surprised to be upgraded to a penthouse suite with extra floor space. The breakfast offered a wide range of options, including traditional Greek dishes like yoghurt and honey. The location was perfect for exploring on foot, with major attractions like the Acropolis just a short walk away.
